Kaiser Foundation Medicare Resources Available Online: The Kaiser Foundation has created an interactive Medicare Health and Prescription Drug Plan Tracker that was recently updated with 2009 information about Medicare stand-alone drug plans and Advantage plans. The data in the tracker allows consumers to compare plan costs and benefits, and offers a variety of data about these plans by state. To access the tracker, go to http://www.kff.org/medicare/healthplantracker/index.jsp.
In addition to the tracker, the Kaiser Foundation has also updated their online consumer guide, Talking About Medicare, to include changes in Medicare for 2009, including information about the Medicare drug benefit. The guide can be accessed at http://www.kff.org/medicare/7067/index.cfm.
