AWARD PRESENTED IN HONOR OF CHARLIE MCGRADY
ALBANY - September 16,
1999.
The wife and daughter of former
NYSILC council member Charlie McGrady were present at the last full council
meeting to receive a plaque in honor of his seven years of service. Mr. McGrady
passed away unexpectedly in May of 1999. He left behind a legacy of
distinguished service to his country, state, and community.
